The integration between Protege GX and Milestone XProtect creates a full building access control solution that allows you to link cameras to doors, inputs, outputs, and areas. The integration allows users to manage VMS events and commands within Protege GX for robust oversight and control.

Protege GX & Milestone Video Service Integration - Allows users to oversee and control Milestone XProtect video and events in the ICT Protege GX system
Protege GX is an enterprise level solution with a feature set that is easy to operate, simple to integrate, and scalable to your needs.Cameras can be linked to doors, inputs, outputs, and areas, enabling effortless retrieval of footage based on status changes, such as when a PIR is triggered or a door is opened. The high-level interface (HLI) enables seamless communication so you can get automatic popups for live video streams during VMS events like 'Motion Detected'.
The Protege GX UI is built to be easy to use for installers and end-users alike; with graphical Floor Plans and Status Pages enabling you to oversee and manage areas, doors, and cameras with ease.
Key features
- View HLI events directly within Protege GX including: sensor alarm, illegal operation, record abnormal, unknown alarm, low disc space, motion detected
- Send PTZ preset commands to the VMS in response to a Protege GX event filter
- Embed cameras directly into your status page and/or automatically launch a camera view window when specific types of events occur
- Link a camera to a door, input, output or area and view live or archived video footage directly from an event associated with a camera
- View live, historic, and archived video footage from programmed cameras
