Code Blue Emergency Intercom Intergration - Recieve Code Blue intercom activations as alarm / event records with Video Bookmarks
App-Techs is pleased to partner with Code Blue Corporation as its designated Milestone integration specialist.App-Techs' BTX (Bridge-to-Milestone XProtect) integrates Code Blue intercoms and speakerphones with Milestone XProtect.
This integration provides visual confirmation via live and recorded video of Code Blue intercom and speakerphone activation in the XProtect Smart Client.
Security monitors and dispatchers can immediately view cameras at the scene of an emergency call to monitor and assess the situation. Maps can indicate the location of the call. "Rules" can automate notifications and other security procedures, without the need for manual human intervention. Video "bookmarks" provide a method to quickly search for and review prior intercom / speakerphone calls and other events.
App-Techs offers integrations with the legacy ToolVox Management System, Blue Alert® Connect & Monitor, and Fusion Nebula® Private and Consumer Cloud.

- Generate Milestone event and alarm records with video bookmarks when a Code Blue emergency intercom is activated.
- Activate Smart Client live matrix views, trigger PTZ commands to point cameras to the scene of a call, and trigger user-defined events.
- BTX makes it easy to notify field security personnel electronically activate audio alarms, strobes, PA announcements, and other output devices.
- Integrate any number of Code Blue emergency intercoms and speakerphones with one instance of BTX.
- Rename alarms sent to XProtect to provide site-specific contextual information to operators, including location / zone of the call source.
How it works

Watch how the integration provides operator with immediate visual and audio feedback when an emergency call is placed. PTZ presets can be activated to point multiple cameras to the intercom.

BTX contains sub-systems to receive alarms from many different third-party systems. One instance of BTX can integrate multiple third-parts systems simultaneously.

BTX uses a software sub-system to receive dial alarms from a Code Blue gateway. BTX associates the incoming call alarm with XProtect cameras and generates an alarm record with video bookmark.
