BTX delivers operational and situational awareness by integrating a wide variety of third-party events and alarms with XProtect. Incoming events are filtered, classified, and transformed into XProtect alarm records, searchable bookmarks, user-defined events, Matrix views, and PTZ presets.

BTX (Bridge to XProtect) - Receive, filter, classify & transform data from third-party systems into XProtect events & alarms
BTX analyzes incoming event and alarm streams from third-party systems such as Video Analytics, Access Control and Security, Sensors, and Safety and Building Automation. BTX receives the data and based on user-defined rules and schedules, generates XProtect event and/or alarm records with video bookmarks. With its data filtering features, BTX triggers user-defined alarms across many devices, enabling text and email notifications, relays and digital outputs, Smart Client matrix views, PTZ Commands, and other responses.BTX filters include alarm counters, which reduce false-positives by de-bouncing high incoming event rates. Timers reduce noise by throttling over-frequent event rates. Schedules define event windows. "Double-Knock" maps data from any combination of devices to produce a single event or alarm. PTZ commands activate any specified camera, regardless of event origin.
BTX is a ready-made platform to integrate your third-party hardware or software with XProtect.

- Filter options include alarm thresholds, timers, and schedulers to manage time windows and adjust for over-frequent incoming event rates.

BTX analyzes incoming data from third-party systems and based on user-defined rules and schedules, transforms that data into XProtect to generate event/alarm records with video bookmarks.

BTX generates XProtect alarms without the need to create an elaborate set of Alarm Definitions in the XProtect Management Client. Just choose your preferred actions in XProtect from a simple menu.

BTX serves as middleware to integrate Code Blue Emergency Phones with XProtect. When a call button is pressed, BTX generates a Milestone alarm record with video bookmark and activates other features.

BTX integrates Inovonics sensors & wireless transmitters with XProtect via the EN6080 Area Control Gateway. Turn Inovonics sensor alarms into Milestone event & alarm records with video bookmarks.

BTX integrates IronYun Vaidio video analytics with XProtect. This video features IronYun's Coronavirus 'No Mask' video analytic detection capabilities as display elements in the Smart Client.

BTX integrates Bosch B9512 Control Panels with Milestone XProtect. Monitor point and area status and relay alarms to XProtect with video bookmarks.
