Security Innovation Award for Statue of Liberty Project

The Security Industry Association annually celebrates performance, partnerships and people in the industry, recognizing special accomplishments. Milestone Systems was a bronze winner for the Most Innovative Security Project of 2013, as the video management software used in system integrator Total Recall’s big project to renovate the security system for the Statue of Liberty National Monument and Ellis Island. After hurricane Sandy damages, the park police surveillance was upgraded from analog to IP video, improving the safety of visitors and efficiency of operations.
