TacticalVIDEO - Triple Diamond Sponsor for Alameda Urban Shield 2013

Milestone Systems' IP technology was used in training of S.W.A.T. and USAR teams at the Urban Shield event in 2013.

NAPERVILLE, IL– Urban Shield, is a comprehensive, full-scale regional preparedness exercise assessing the overall Bay Area UASI Region's response capabilities related to multi-discipline planning, policies, procedures, organization, equipment and training. Urban Shield tests regional integrated systems for prevention, protection, response and recovery of high-threat, high-density urban area.

During the event, private vendors are invited to place their technology directly into live S.W.A.T. and USAR scenarios. TacticalVIDEO coordinated video feeds for all scenarios as the official video surveillance provider of Urban Shield.

An elite video system was specially designed for the event, thanks to a partnership between the following industry-leading companies: TacticalVIDEO, Verizon Wireless, Axis Communications, Milestone Systems, and Wamar Technologies.
