Hiperwall Plugin for XProtect Smart Client
Enables Smart Client operators to stream Milestone camera feeds on Hiperwall video walls.

The Hiperwall Plugin for Smart Client enables Milestone users to connect and stream VMS camera feeds to a Hiperwall-powered video wall. This reduces the number of connections per camera and cuts network traffic. Cameras can be opened, closed, disconnected and reconnected using the Hiperwall Plugin.

Overview
Hiperwall Plugin for XProtect Smart Client - Enables Smart Client operators to stream Milestone camera feeds on Hiperwall video walls.
The Hiperwall Plugin is designed to run within the XProtect Smart Client and enables Milestone and Hiperwall users to connect cameras available on a Milestone VMS to a Hiperwall video wall. Once connected, the cameras can be opened, closed, disconnected and reconnected using either the Hiperwall Plugin or the Hiperwall controls. The Hiperwall Plugin reduces the number of connections required per camera since the Hiperwall System will now be connecting to the cameras via the Milestone system.Key features
- Unifies client interaction: Milestone clients can use the Hiperwall Plugin to connect and disconnect Milestone IP cameras on Hiperwall video walls.
- Reduces number of connections per IP camera by allowing Hiperwall to connect to Milestone RTSP streams instead of directly to IP cameras.
- Reduces network traffic by reducing the number of direct IP camera connections.
- Milestone clients can use the Hiperwall Plugin to open and close connected Milestone IP cameras on Hiperwall video walls.
- Simplifies disconnecting and reconnecting of cameras on the Hiperwall video wall on demand.
