O-Insights managed to deliver a very comprehensive and robust dashboard and reporting to complement the Milestone XProtect VMS. The Conexao team has also been very supportive from the beginning to delivery.
As we were using Niagara for BMS and Milestone for VMS as standalone systems, monitoring and managing BMS along with constantly checking up on Camera's and Recording server status was a real hurdle. With O-Insights OPC UA Plugin, we could easily monitor Camera online/offline status and Recording server status within our BMS, in a single view. We've been using the solution for months and it works efficiently.

O-Insights Slider is deployed in one of the major critical site. The installation of plugin is simple, and performance of plugin is very stable, and it full fills all the requirements of customer. O-Insights Slider plugin is highly recommended in installations which require automatic sequencing of views in Milestone Smart Client.
The plugin is easy to install and integrates seamlessly with Milestone Server. We have implemented Alarm integration between Milestone server and our Management Station via BACnet. Prompt Technical support is available from Conexao.
This is a very useful & report oriented application. It complements whatever Milestone VMS lacks. The reports generated using O-Insight application are unto the customer satisfaction. The team is very much supportive and professional.
The O-Insights dashboard & reporting solution deployed by CTS is really good and user friendly. It's just what is needed considering our Injectable manufacturing unit. CTS has also been really supportive, they have extended support whenever required. Will definitely recommend this product to my industry peers.
The BACnet plugin was used for one of our customer in India. The installation of plugin was easy and the plugin was having all the features which were asked by the customer.
