Zenitel Intercom Interface with Milestone XProtect - Zenitel’s interfaces provide seamless intercom integration into the Milestone XProtect platform.
Being the world-leading provider of intelligent communication solutions, Zenitel's has a long history of providing devices and platforms that ensure users can hear, be heard, and be understood in any situation.Using the Zenitel interfaces with XProtect® you can easily add intercom devices, video streaming, two-way audio, and voice communication into your security system and processes. This mitigates security risks and enables better decision making and faster response times, by for example:
- Using ambient listening to get sound context to what you see on camera.
- Manage visitors and verify identity combining live video and audio communication.
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls.
- Issue pre-recorded or manual messages through IP speakers and intercom stations to warn people off, without the need to physically intervene.
- Record, replay and log SIP conversations and video streams for tracebility and accountability.
Key features
- Quick and easy set-up: All Zenitel devices, inputs and outputs are auto-discovered and added to the system tree.
- Enhanced situational awereness and immediate response: Listen-in, broadcast and record audio and video from Zenitel devices.
- Supervise, monitor and click to call: View and verify the status of each intercom or initiate a call to any device from the Smart Client.
- Quick and appropriate action: Events on Zenitel devices can be used to trigger events and alarms that security personnel respond to.
- Manage incoming calls: Easily view calls waiting to be answered, manage call queues, and answer calls in the Smart Client.
