Overview
C2P - Banking ATM machines and Teller Workstations - The C2P Banking integrations provide a single common user interface within the XProtect Client.
The ConvergenceTP (C2P) banking solutions make the Milestone’s XProtect® Smart Client the unified head-end solution for monitoring all ATM and teller workstation transactions. All transactions are linked to the video of the event and stored time synchronous with all video captured in XProtect.The C2P banking solutions provide users with a variety of powerful tools for both real-time analytics that alert the user with user specified audio and/or a text window popup that prompts the user to add a comment. The comment then become part of the event in the database.
Reporting tools are also enable the user to review specific events and then mark them as reviewed, add comments and even status for each event.
Within the Report Manager you can export the video and text screens for specific events as evidence.
The Report Manager advanced search capability allows users to combine search types allowing you to search for a specific ATM transaction AND a specific License Plate for example.
