This mitigates security risks and enables better decision making and faster response times, by for example:
- Using ambient listening to get sound context to what you see on camera.
- Issue pre-recorded or manual messages through IP speakers and intercom stations to warn people off, without the need to physically intervene.
- Manage visitors and verify identity combining live video and audio communication.
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls.
- Record, replay and log SIP conversations and video streams for tracebility and accountability.
Key features
- Quick and easy set-up: All Zenitel devices, inputs and outputs are auto-discovered and added to the system tree.
- Enhanced situational awereness and immediate response: Listen-in, broadcast and record audio and video from Zenitel devices.
- Supervise, monitor and click to call: View and verify the status of each intercom or initiate a call to any device from the Smart Client.
- Quick and appropriate action: Events on Zenitel devices can be used to trigger events and alarms that security personnel respond to.
- Manage waiting calls: Easily view calls waiting to be answered and their associated video in the Smart Client.
