First interview

The interview process varies between countries and positions. Technical positions will involve the relevant assessments.

Second interview

We invite you to relevant assessments, and discuss with you how your personality and strengths can add to the Milestone culture.

Contract signing

After talking with references, the hiring manager selects the candidate and offers the position to him/her.
