To find your XProtect SLC, go to ‘About’ under ‘Help’ in the Management Client. Your Arcules Org ID is displayed after “/o/ in the URL after you have logged in. You can also find it in your account in the navigation menu. To find your Briefcam Tag ID, open the License Activation application. Once the license is activated, the Tag ID will be displayed in a dialog box. You can also contact your system integrator / reseller to get your SLC/ID.
