They can be programmed to remain silent during a break-in. This still sends a signal to the monitoring station or user but doesn't alert the premise.

Our burglar alarms have a very low rate of false alarms, very reliable sensors, and a high rate of detection. They keep buildings and employees safe.

Less expensive than many other methods, less likely to give false alarms, and highest psychological deterrent of all intrusion methods.

Our wired systems also have the advantage, if wired properly, of being tamper-evident.

Intrusion and Burglar Alarms

All security systems work on the principle of using sensors to secure the entry points to a property which can then communicate with a central panel to set off an alarm and notify the relevant parties of a break-in. As security systems become more advanced, the types of sensors have expanded, allowing you to tailor your system to your particular needs. A typical alarm system will consist of the following: 1. The control panel: This is the “brain” of the system which is used to arm and disarm the system, communicate with all the individual components of the system, sound the alarm and notify the monitoring station and user of a break-in. 2. Door and window sensors. Door and window sensors work in pairs. One part is placed on the frame or sill, while the other is placed on the moving part. When these sensors are close together, they create a circuit. 3. Motion sensors. The most common form of motion detector is a passive infrared sensor, which relies on infrared radiation.
