Bridge-to-XProtect (BTX) by App-Techs integrates any number of Inovonics wireless sensors with Milestone XProtect. Enhance the safety profile of panic buttons, duress pendants, and other sensors / transmitters by associating devices with XProtect cameras and viewing alarms in the Smart Client.

Overview
Integrate Inovonics Wireless Sensors - Enhance situational awareness for commercial security and life safety alarms.
BTX middleware makes it easy to integrate Inovonics sensors and transmitters with Milestone XProtect.BTX software connects to and receives wireless sensor alarms via the Inovonics EN6080 Area Control Gateway.
Based on user-defined rules and schedules, BTX receives, transforms, filters, and classifies Inovonics device events into Milestone-ready event and alarm records.
BTX associates the alarm with XProtect cameras and other third-party devices to trigger live camera call-ups, live matrix views, event & alarm records with video bookmarks, PTZ presets, notifications, and XProtect rules.
The result is the activation of an Inovonics wireless sensor which springs XProtect into action.
Key features
- Associate Inovonics wireless sensors with XProtect cameras and generate Milestone alarm records with video bookmarks.
- View sensor activations in real-time using Smart Client live matrix views and PTZ commands.
- Trigger an XProtect user-defined event for email / text notifications, PA announcements, strobes, access control commands, and I/O actions.
- Monitor devices health status, including low battery alarms and tampering.
- Integrate any number of Inovonics devices connected to a EN6080 Gateway with one instance of BTX.
How it works

Inovonics sensor alarms are aggregated by the EN6080 Area Gateway. The Bridge-to-Inovonics subsystem authenticates into the gateway, receives sensor alarms, and pushes events and alarms into XProtect.

BTX includes a subsystem that connects to an Inovonics EN6080 Area Gateway. BTX transposes and filters Inovonics sensor events to generate XProtect events and/or alarm records with Video Bookmarks.
