Authorized Partners

Partners who meet the minimal Milestone Partner Program’s requirements. Authorized Partners are not included in the Partner Locator.

Advanced Partners

Partners who have attained advanced capabilities through Milestone’s technical certification and sales trainings.

Premier Partners

Milestone’s most Certified, productive and invested Partners who have completed the most training and earned the most certifications. 

What are the Milestone certifications?

Milestone certifications

Milestone Certified Design Engineer (MCDE)

Milestone solution designers define surveillance objectives and document system and operator behaviors to support those objectives. Designers also select devices, products, components, networks, and storage products to include in the surveillance system.

  • Able to identify and define surveillance needs
  • Capable of designing end-to-end surveillance systems
  • Expert at recommending video system products, components
  • Provide documentation on system behaviors relative to operational objectives

Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT)

Milestone Integration Technicians install and configure moderately complex XProtect VMS installations with camera counts of 100-500 cameras.

Milestone Certified Integration Engineer (MCIE)

Milestone Integration Engineers install and configure complex XProtect VMS installations with camera counts of approximately 100-10,000 cameras, multiple Management Servers, multiple Mobile Servers, edge storage, multicast, clustering, and other advanced configuration options.
