Milestone Systems welcome Karina Tewes as Chief People & Culture Officer

Milestone Systems, a global leader in datadriven video technology, has appointed Karina Tewes as Chief People & Culture Officer. Bringing more than two decades of international experience in HR, leadership, and transformation, Tewes joined Milestone on March 2. after serving as SVP HR at the IT infrastructure company Atea.

CEO Jeppe Frandsen emphasizes that Tewes has built her career at the intersection of business performance, leadership, and organizational culture.

Since earning her law degree from the University of Copenhagen in 2001, Karina Tewes has worked across a wide range of industries and organizational setups such as Oterra, Gain & Co, Maersk and Atea.

Her experience spans post‑acquisition cultural integration, leadership development, and the design of People & Culture strategies in both large global enterprises and entrepreneurial growth companies.
