1. Hardware acceleration with Intel® Quick Sync requires an Intel® CPU supporting Intel Quick Sync and Intel® GPU enabled in BIOS.
2. Decoding with NVIDIA graphics card is supported with GPU capability version 6.x (Pascal) or newer. 
3. Microsoft® Windows® 7 and Server 2008 R2 are only supported on physical PC's not on virtual machines.
4. These Microsoft® Windows® versions cannot take advantage of hardware acceleration.
5. Hardware acceleration with NVIDIA Graphics card requires 64-bit Microsoft® Windows® version.

- H.265 decoding requires 64-bit version of the application XProtect Smart Client, XProtect Smart Wall and XProtect Smart Client - Player.
