Overview

C2P - Prison solutions - The C2P Prison Solutions integrate key prison technologies seamlessly into Milestone XProtect.

The very popular C2P Dispatcher is also part of the C2P Prison solutions. The Dispatcher serves as a bridge between the prison PLC controller/Wonderware application and the live camera feeds needed from XProtect. This makes the Dispatcher ideal for Sally port call box, and housing unit video integration applications.

The C2P Prison Solutions also include a very tight integration between the Elpas Man Down RFID tracking technology and Milestone XProtect. The text description of the Man Down event along with live video from the surveillance cameras closest to the event are displayed within 2 seconds within the Smart Client.
The Man Down integration provides several other real-time and forensic search features that are hosted within the XProtect Smart Client which significantly reduce the real-time response as well as the investigations times. The Elpas integration also monitors door open events and pushes user defined alerts/audio in real-time when the event occurs.

Key features

PLC and Wonderware integrations to XProtect are greatly simplified with the C2P Dispatcher.
Real-time response time from Man Down event to live video from cameras in the area of the event is less than 2 seconds.
The integration can also provide a video overlay of the text of the Man Down event, SOP, map showing the location and 3 camera views of the event.
The integration provides a text popup window that describes the Man Down event that the user can then add text notes to be stored with the event data.
Elpas Man Down direct integration with XProtect and the Smart Client.

How it works

C2P offers sally port video popup solutions based on the Milestone XProtect VMS. 1) C2P offers a fully integrated solution for new applications 2) An API solution for existing installs or upgrades.

The C2P Elpas man-down integration with XProtect seamlessly combines event text received from Elpas with the XProtect video of the event. Elpas events are recorded and also displayed in real-time.

The Integration optionally provides the ability to popup a text form on selected users workstations that they need to acknowledge and can also add a comment that is stored as part of the event data.

The Integration provides for video popups of specific events to be sent to a single workstation or multiple workstations. These real-time Alert video popups overlay anything else on the users screen.

The Integration provides incident auditing tools that list all events that were defined as Alerts. The user can then add status and comments, take a snapshot or export video evidence of the event.

Report Manager provides a spreadsheet list of all Elpas events and allows the user to add comments to each item in the list. The comments are then become part of the data for the event.

Real-time text popups can optionally be sent to XProtect workstations to alert the user and prompt for a comment to acknowledge the event. The comment then becomes part of the event data stored.

A Real-time video popup of the live event can optionally be pushed to to a single desktop or multiple desktops. This is a standalone video popup showing the event text, map location and camera views.

Incident auditing tools allow the user to be able to quickly get a list of alert events along with the stored video for each event. The tools have options to print snapshots and export video evidence.
