ASSA ABLOY ARX Access Control Integration - Seamlessly integrate with XProtect Access
This integration is made up of an XProtect Event Server plug-in that communicates with ARX control unit via the ARX Server. The machine running the XProtect Event Server connects to the ARX Server using TCP/IP communication. Useful information is logged in Audit logs of the XProtect Management Client.Plug-in configuration takes place in the XProtect Management Client, where users can:
- Add the ARX system
- Set properties
- Create Alarms and Rules
With XProtect Smart Client integration, users can:
- Add ARX system doors as an access monitor for live event monitoring
- Add ARX system actions as overlay buttons
- Control, monitor and create visual representations of ARX system doors via a map feature
- Gain a centralized overview of events/doors/cardholders in the access control tab
- Receive Access request notifications

- Use events generated by doors from the ASSA ABLOY ARX access control system as sources for alarms and rules in Milestone XProtect.
- Monitor events live in Milestone XProtect based on door access points and cameras.
- Control and status-monitor doors from Milestone XProtect. Get a clear overview by creating a visual representation.
- Integrate ASSA ABLOY ARX access control system badge holders into Milestone XProtect.
