Combine your attendance at MIPS with our training and learn how to develop an integration using the Milestone MIP SDK.

Attend the SDK training to gain the knowledge and skills to develop applications and plug-ins for XProtect® video management software. This course uses lectures and hands-on exercises to teach participants how to develop video-enabled .NET applications using the MIP SDK. The development framework allows developers to seamlessly integrate business solutions and video enable security devices while managing them all together in the XProtect software.

You can now choose from taking the: 2-day training on the Milestone Integration Platform Software Development Kit (MIP-SDK) or 3-day training on SDK and Xprotect Access

During this two-day training, we will cover the following:

  • Component integration in stand-alone applications - how to:
    • Get System Info
    • Get Live Feed
    • Playback recorded video
    • PTZ
  • Protocol integration – how to use the Status Interface
    • Connect
    • Get System Status
    • Get Events
  • Active HTML pages and Smart Client Scripts
  • Plug-in integration in Milestone applications, how to create:
    • Admin plug-ins
    • Background plug-ins
    • Client view items and image viewer overlays
    • Client side panel plug-ins
    • Client view layouts 

The 3-day training will focus on SDK and Xprotect Access

Date: 25-26th February 2016 in Arizona, Phoenix (after MIPS, which is on 23-24th)
Duration: two full working days from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Target audience: IT professionals, IT consultants, product managers and developers
Prerequisites: As the primary focus of the course is .NET applications, all participants must know how to develop in .NET using C#
Technical equipment: All necessary hardware and software required for the training will be provided by Milestone
