Milestone Systems welcomes new Vice President, Global HR Business Partnering

As the Milestone Systems organization grows increasingly diverse, the new VP Global Business Partnering & People Operations will be responsible for delivering strategic HR consultation to all areas of the business. This involves developing and guiding the vision, strategy and daily global operations of the HR Business Partner functions as well as the People Operations team

“I’m thrilled to welcome Thomas as new Vice President for such an important area of our people and culture operations. We were looking for a visionary leader who can ensure a high-quality of our HR services as well as position the area even stronger as a strategic advisory function within the company,” says Simon Thule Viggers, Chief People and Culture Officer in Milestone Systems.

Thomas comes with strong senior leadership experience within the HR area from companies like Shell and Microsoft, and most recently, he has held the position as Director & Head of People Development Partnering in Novo Nordisk.

Thomas Sundbøl Larsen, who resides north of the Copenhagen area and lives with Christina with whom he has three children, is very excited about the opportunity to join Milestone:
