Still need technical support for your Husky X2?


The Hardware and Service Guide contains instructions on how to perform a first level fault diagnosis of your X2. You can also consult Milestone’s official knowledge base, which contains technical articles on known issues. Or look up the Milestone support community to get advice from other customers and Milestone partners.


Having difficulties solving your Husky X2 issue on your own? You can always get in touch with the Milestone reseller who sold you the unit. The reseller can get further assistance from Milestone Technical Support to fix the issue for you.


Your Milestone Husky X2 NVR is covered by a three-year limited warranty. If the problem persists and Milestone Technical Support deems the issue to be covered by the warranty, your Milestone reseller will help you return the broken unit and get a replacement one.
