Postal360™ Postal Handling System with Fault Monitoring and Management

Postal360™, SCADA-integrated fault-management video diagnostics solution for postal-handling operations by OrionTEK. Postal360™ enables all of the networked CCTV cameras covering miles of conveyor belts and associated systems to be run in offline mode, saving expensive bandwidth, storage and processing. The system sorts parcels into different size categories along with video coding for label reading to avoid physical handling of unresolved parcels. The reworked parcels are sent back to the sortation system for proper data capture and tracking. The system also picks up operational faults when they occur and creates real time alerts to the central control room. The relevant cameras will record the incident with access to pre and post incident recordings for review and analysis. Installation, configuration and implementation in days.
