在开始使用 XProtect Mobile 之前，您必须确保拥有：

已安装且配置了至少一位用户的 VMS 正在运行。
在 XProtect Smart Client 中设置的摄像头和视图
运行 Android、iOS 或 Windows 的移动设备，可以访问 Google Play、App Store℠ 或 Windows Phone Store，您可以从中下载 XProtect Mobile 客户端应用程序
用于运行 XProtect Web Client 的 Web 浏览器
