The Octopus system has an open architecture integrations' server which can connect to any 3rd party sub-system. Octopus has more than 300 existing integrations and can add new ones in a quick manner.The Octopus system has more than 35 modules for handling both routine activities and emergency situations.
The system allows to define rules, workflows, business processes and automation for managing all elements effectively and has strong city BI dashboards for data analysis.
The system is a Web-based, Cloud-enabled, with a powerful smartphone/ tablet application reducing hardware costs and IT infrastructure dependencies.
Octopus works under 9 different ISO’s and is certified for GDPR. The company has won multiple international awards for its platform. The system is installed and operational in 26 countries around the world.
