C2P License Plate Recognition Solutions - The C2P LPR integration provides a single common user interface across several LPR solutions.

The ConvergenceTP (C2P) integration framework makes the Milestone’s XProtect® Smart Client the unified head-end solution for monitoring License Plate Recognition (LPR) events from a wide range of LPR solution providers.
As with all C2P integrations the LPR metadata received is presented and stored time synchronized with all cameras connected to the Milestone system. This means the user can expand their investigation to follow a license plate of interest throughout a citywide deployment of Milestone connected cameras.
The C2P integration framework provides users with a variety of powerful tools for both real-time analytics and alert pop-ups for specific LPR events as well a powerful suite of forensic search, auditing and data mining tools for the stored LPR events captured.
The integration supports Wiegand output to any access control system as well as car counting analytics across multiple ingress and egress points to provide a sum total of the vehicles within an area (ex parking lot)

Unified head-end solution within the XProtect Client for integrating a wide range of License Plate Recognition solutions.
All metadata is searchable via a powerful suite of text search tools with all search results linked to the video of the event stored by Milestone.
The real-time rules engine tools include user defined Alert pop-up forms as well as onscreen user defined operational procedures.
The integration provides Wiegand output capability to any access control system.
The integration provides multilevel analytics that enable features like car counting across multiple ingress and egress points.

How it works

Unified search tool across multiple LPR solutions. Current LPR solutions include: PlateSmart, Neural Labs, Vigilant, Elsag, Inex, HTS, Intrada, Mango and others as needed.

Adding Real-Time Event notes as the event occurs. These notes are stored in the database and are searchable along all LPR metadata received. Users can also assign unique audio to any Alert event.

Auditing tools allow you to search for specific events. You can also assign an Alert Status and Comment in this tool. The Status and Comment then are searchable as part of the metadata for this Alert.

The Report Manager can list all LPR events from a single LPR solution or all LPR events from all attached LPR systems. Users can also add comments in the report table.

The C2P LPR Tracker tool provides a video popup over the XProtect Client or on a separate monitor that tracks a vehicle of interest as it moves from one LPR camera to the next.

As the vehicle of interest moves to the next LPR reader the Tracker popup updates with the new location on the map and brings in the XProtect camera views closest to that LPR reader.

The Tracker video popup can be configured to go to a single workstation or multiple locations.

Integrated analytics provide a vehicle count based on multiple ingress and egress points as just one example. The Real-Time Analytic is displayed as a camera view in XProtect.
