We’re excited to have you on board - it’s going to be two amazing days full of ideas, creativity, and non-stop hacking.
To get you even more excited about the hackathon, here’s a teaser of what’s going to take place:
Your idea. Your solution.
Together with your team, you’ll be responsible for nurturing and building your idea - from scribbles on a whiteboard to an actual concept. To guide you, we’ve put together a board of mentors consisting of some of the biggest names around.
Building upon day one's powerful mix of keynotes, ideation sessions, and demo sessions, the mentors will help you get the most out of your idea.
On the second day of the hackathon, you and your team will get the opportunity to pitch your solution to top executives at Maersk, IBM, Milestone Systems, and several other global industry leaders. In addition to invaluable networking and new business contacts, you can also look forward to winning great prizes.
The future of logistics and retail. Hacked.
The hackathon offers two tracks: logistics in combination with IoT and retail in combination with machine learning.
Few industries have embraced IoT as quickly as logistics, where companies propelled by advances in video technology and information processing race to become global supply chain juggernauts.
We've invited international mega-brand Maersk to talk about why and how IoT will make or break the players in the logistics business of tomorrow.
Thanks to machine learning, we’re seeing advancements in retail that we would have thought impossible just years ago. With the industry changing at an almost blinding speed, the big question is: what does the future hold for retail. Together with IBM we will try to find some of the answers.
You make all the difference.
If you believe video technology, IoT, and machine learning together can change the world, then this is your chance to shine. And it doesn’t matter whether your thing is code, design, sales, or business. We’re looking for ideas from every trade, every corner of the globe. We are, after all, creating an intelligent world.
