We have 35,000 live contracts across the UK with a network of 130 engineers that are multi-skilled within Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm, Access Control and CCTV as well as 40 approved vendors who can also assist if required. Our engineer resource is strategically managed from our HQ in Bradford, utilizing our satellite offices in London and Scotland to provide national coverage. Within our HQ in Bradford is our Customers Services Centre which also includes our scheduling team for installations and servicing, our Technology Centre which houses our remote diagnostic team and our Alarm Receiving Centre for all monitoring services. These three departments allow us to provide a seamless response to project and service delivery, fast response on faults and reactive calls, monitoring of alarms and dispatch of engineers, response services or lone worker activities.
