The Hikvision License Plate Recognition plugin transfers license plate information from Hikvision LPR camera. It enables central management of black/white lists in XProtect Management Client as well as the ability to trigger further events based on recognized license plates

Overview
License Plate Recognition Plugin for XProtect - License Plate Recognition plugin that enables license plate and event handling in XProtect
The LPR / ANPR Plugin sends license plate data and vehicle color to the Milestone XProtect VMS, allowing the operator to search and identify vehicle license plates from live and recorded video in XProtect Smart Client.The operator can create black and white lists centrally in Milestone software and synchronize with one or more LPR / ANPR cameras.
Alarms then pop up in real time in the Milestone alarm manager, and further events can be triggered based on the alarms.
The Plugin does not require any licensing, and it provides a very cost efficient LPR / ANPR solution without draining expensive CPU server resources.
