Milestone Systems, leading providers of video management software solutions, have announced the promotion of existing employees Cameron McColl and Rafal Loretz to fill key roles in the South Pacific region. Subsequent changes to territorial management will result in wider coverage, experience and technical expertise in critical areas across the region.
Rafal Loretz has been promoted from the role of Senior Solutions Engineer in Pre-Sales to the position of Channel Business Manager. His new territory will include the Australian states of Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. Rafal brings significant technical ability and experience to the role, as well as strong existing relationships across the territory.
Cameron McColl has been promoted from his previous role as Support manager, to the role of APAC Pre-sales Manager. The new position recognises his expertise in developing structure and processes and extends those skills to building an advanced support service for the region.
In conjunction with these moves, Channel Business Manager Brian Cross has been handed increased responsibilities and will now add management of the New Zealand channel business to his existing territories of Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Cameron McColl joined Milestone in 2016 in a technical support role, and steadily increased his skills and expertise to the point where he was the regional team leader. He has demonstrated his skills in project management and technical deployments across a number of high-profile projects in the region, and was a critical part of the design and deployment of the region’s first Milestone Systems Experience Centre, which provides an interactive display for key integrated technologies and Milestone Partners.
Rafal Loretz moves from his previous position as a Senior Solutions Engineer, having been with the company for more than five years. His lifetime passion for technology, coupled with extensive experience in engineering Milestone Systems solutions for a wide range of scenarios and deployments, provides the company with a committed, high-level technical expertise in a channel business role.
