Advanced Training


The Advanced Certification course qualifies partners to handle everything from estimating requirements to installation, configuration, daily usage and support of XProtect Corporate, XProtect Enterprise and XProtect Analytics.

Partners will learn all the functionality and strengths of the system and how to clearly communicate these to end-customers and colleagues.

Course Description


Presentations, hands-on and exercises guide participant through every aspect of the solutions needed to become certified in XProtect Corporate, XProtect Enterprise and XProtect Analytics.


  • Duration is three full working days between 08:30 and 17:30.
  • The maximum number of students is 10
  • Prices can be found in the Milestone pricelist
  • At the end of day three each student is expected to pass a certification test
  • The passing criteria are 75% correct answers. If the student fails the certification test, they are welcome to participate in another Advanced certification course at their convenience.

  • Milestone Professional Certification is required.



Equipment provided 


To optimize training, a laptop, switch, cameras an relevant accessories are provided for each student. Equipment includes:

  • A laptop

  • A POE switch

  • A camera (one for each laptop)

  • Cables and accessories

  • Trainer laptop with Windows Server installed (Active Directory)

  • Relevant software incl. XProtect Video Management Software and WM image software
