Milestone Mobile Help

Welcome to the Milestone Mobile help section. Here you will find useful information about setting up and using Milestone Mobile, a new application designed by Milestone that provides instantaneous access to your XProtect surveillance system or Milestone Arcus^TM platform products via your Android smartphone or tablet or your Apple device.
 

What is Milestone Mobile?

Milestone Mobile consists of two items: an application for your smartphone or tablet and a server component. The Milestone Mobile server component is installed on the server that runs your XProtect surveillance system or on a dedicated server.
 

Supported versions

Milestone Mobile supports devices running Android 2.2 and iOS5 and higher and works with the following XProtect product versions and higher: XProtect® Corporate 4, XProtect® Enterprise 8, XProtect® Professional 8, XProtect® Express 1, XProtect® Essential 2 and XProtect® Go 2.
