Introduction of New Employees
It is important to us that you have a good beginning, and your first weeks will be carefully scheduled to make you familiar with your new job and colleagues. This includes meetings with key persons, on-the-job training, and much more.All new employees will also be invited to an Introductory Day, which takes place every quarter. The aim of this day is to give new staff a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and to give you a deeper understanding of the company procedures, organization and goals.
After the first months of employment, you will be called for a meeting with your manager to review your performance and to evaluate whether the job fulfills your expectations and vice versa.
